How does lyophilization work for you:

When we receive the fruit or vegetables from you, we carefully clean them and remove any defects.

Cut into slices, place on a tray and freeze, then dry in a lyophilizer.

Once the drying process is complete, the fruit or vegetables are packed into glass jars and you can immediately start using the contents for your favorite dishes - AND THAT ALL YEAR ROUND!
The price of freeze-drying is €15 per kg of fresh fruit. The price includes fruit preparation (cutting, pitting, etc.), freezing on trays, drying and packaging in glass jars.
