FIRST TASTE - introductory freeze-dried vegetables for babies from 4 months onwards

We grow vegetables on our small farm, carefully and without any pesticides, in a completely natural way. When they are ripe, we pick them, wash and clean them and cut them into smaller pieces. The ingredients are then steamed to ensure complete integrity and chopped. We place them on a tray, then freeze them and prepare them for drying, which takes place under vacuum in a freeze dryer. Everything is dried for about 2 days at a temperature of up to 40 degrees Celsius. When the product is dry, we quickly pack it in appropriate packaging - because freeze-dried products must be airtight and, if stored successfully, they can wait for several years before being used.

The quantities and menu were compiled with the help of nutrition specialists and recipes from the book Babies at the Table, which describes the introduction of food - the quantities are only for guidance. If your baby doesn't want to eat the entire amount - don't worry, listen to him and give him as much as he wants.

The package contains 9 jars for the first 9 days of introducing food - we start introducing lunch to babies in the first few days, so this package is enough for the first 9 days.
